ATC : Past & Future

I spent this morning tidying and cleaning my workshop… it was…. the biggest hugest mess you ever did see

So once it was all tidy and clean, I decided to mess it all up again and get the paints out πŸ˜‰

Last night I spent an hour or so researching ATC’s and watching videos of people making them on Youtube

Today I decided to make one and here Β is my first attempt…

Supplies List :-

  • Chipboard cut to 2.5″ x 3.5″
  • Gesso to prime the chipboard and I also used it for the stamped image (a tip from Deb)
  • Acrylic Paint : Lagoon
  • Gel Medium
  • Paper Artsy Swirly Stamp
  • Basic Grey Flower Stamp
  • Donna Salazar Daily Chronicles Newspaper Quote
  • Tim Holtz Distress Ink : Vintage Photo
  • A Jam Jar of Cold water and a couple of paint brushes
  • Pumpkin Stazon (to cover up the botched up swirl where the Gesso went on too thick)

    1. Glad you like the ATC Nancy… I have already started another one, it just needs to be finished off, hopefully this weekend, and it involves Daisies πŸ˜‰

  1. Love it, love it. These little cards are the funnest thing, don’t you think? Since I have a baseball card collector in the house I have all the holders I need for these things. If you would like to trade some let me know.

    1. I really enjoyed making this wee thing today, so much fun, and endless possibilities πŸ˜€

I need to get myself organised and get a folder and holders to keep them in, I have a funny feeling i’ll be making many more of them πŸ™‚

      Trading ATC’s sound like a whole lotta fun…. πŸ™‚
