It’s all Good!

I had a right good old tidy up in my workshop tonight, it was an absolute tip!!

I put the sewing machine back into its table, I put away all the paper packs and pads that I’d bought a month or so ago (hangs head in shame) lol, hoovered the floor, dusted my desk and put away all the stickles, bottles of glue, cosmic shimmers and stuff that was cluttering my desk 🙂

Then I made a quick card from the scraps pile and used a stamp that my friend Deb had sent over for me, which is the name of her Blog ……. It’s All Good!

  1. Oh…I meant to tell you Sarah…
Someone on the Canadian Google site did a search for “scrapbook zigzag card” and ended up at my blog. I thought that was rather interesting! Did you come up with that name? Or was it someone else? Thought I would pass that little tidbit along! 🙂

    1. Hi Nancy…

Imagine that! …. the link to the original youtube video tutorial I used is here and all it is called is a Mini Book Card…

I preferred to call it a zig zag card as that’s just what it reminded me of, did I come up with the name? not sure if someone else has beaten it to me somewhere else, but as far as I know it’s just me that calls it that lol 😉

Thanks for sharing the tiddlybit 😉

      1. I was pretty sure you started the “zigzag” bit! I called it that on my blog because I linked to your blog on my posting! When we another Canadian suddenly making “zigzag” cards we’ll know what happened, won’t we! lol

In your most recent post you mentioned getting more Cosmic Shimmer Mist…I have a confession to make. You know that wonderful bottle of purple you sent me…well, I’m afraid I hoarded it for the longest time! I was so afraid to use it because it was my ONLY sparkly mist of ANY kind and I treasured it VERY MUCH! lol I just LOOKED at it all the time! Finally, I was able to track down a Glimmer Mist. So when I finally had TWO bottles…I could actually try it! It is AMAZING!! So shimmery and rich in color! Thank you again for sending it to me! I love it! haha Now I use it…sparingly! 🙂

  2. Oh I love it!! Don’t I ALWAYS say that Sarah? haha But I DO!! What a fantastic stamp and a very HAPPY card!! I always call red my HAPPY color! 🙂 I love the snowflake paper! Your really had snow in Scotland already? You mentioned the other day that it was cold but I didn’t think you meant it was THAT cold! lol Thanks so much for popping in on my blog…and for your very sweet comments! 🙂

    1. I was just thinking that I had not made a red card in a long time, it was the glitter’s fault, it made me lol sitting right at the front of my desk 😉 … I do love red!

Yes the snow was “Up North” in Aberdeenshire, about a 3 hour drive from me, lets hope they keep it up there lol, saying that, I had to defrost my car windscreen this morning before I could drive off to work.

    1. Hi Elizabeth 🙂
