Blackbirds in a Flowery Tree ATC (Artist Trading Card)

I had a wee go at making an ATC’s (Artist Trading Cards) today.   I’ve had the base of this one prepared for a couple of weeks now and it’s been sitting on my desk looking at me, willing me to do something with it ………. well today’s the day 😉

There’s a fair amount of materials making up this wee ATC .. all listed below 🙂

  • 1 x ATC sized watercolour paper coated cardstock (I got this with a craft kit from WHSmith)
  • Base is Soft Pastel Chalks .. I used Cobalt Blue, Dark Blue & White and blended them
  • Colorbox Chalk Ink in Chestnut Roan and Olive Pastel
  • Colorbox Pigment Ink Stamp Pad in Violet
  • Martha Stewart Iridescent Glitter in Sour Apple, Lemon Drop and Orange Sorbet
  • Zig 2 Way Glue Pen
  • Sharpie Poster Paint Markers in Black & White
  • Wild Orchid Crafts Olive Green Rhinestones
  • Stampin Up Stampin Write Markers in Chocolate Chip and Old Olive
  • Paintbrush
  • Claudine Hellmuth Multi Medium in Matte to seal in the chalk coloured base
  • Papermania Bird Song tree Stamp

  1. Sarah, this is very cool. Better watch out these can get very addictive. Let me know when your ready for an ATC trade!

  2. Hi Sarah & Wow, it’s really amazing what you have managed to do with that wee bit of card that was nagging away at you. The glitter and gems you’ve used to decorate the tree is beautiful. Elizabeth x
