Shabby Beer Mat

The Lovely Crafty Helen sent me some Beer Mats, and I made a card with them yesterday, I had that much fun I decided to make another one 😉

My good friend Deb and I were blethering on skype yesterday and she sent me some lovely vintage images which I’d been dying to use too.. and they too feature on the card I made this afternoon.

I also featured one of the beautiful flower centres that my friend Karen made and sent over to me 🙂 you should check her out on Youtube Billyfloss1968 she also sells them in her Etsy store 🙂

Shabby Chic ~ Superior Hand Baked Edible Goods

Tonight in the workshop I made a lovely little shabby chic card out of a couple of beer mats that Crafty helen had sent through to me as a wee pressie with my Stampin Up order 😉

First of all I put a layer of gesso down on the beer mats, then they both needed about 3-4 coats of white acrylic paint to cover the logos etc…

Handmade glittered buttons…

Handmade holographic embossing powdered tag…

Gorgeous Waltzing Mouse Stamp…

handmade Stick pin with rose swarovski crystal… enveloped in seam binding…
