Its another blustery day here in Scotland, but the sun is shining and my workshop is cosy… I have a new crafting buddy so I cleared the top off my table sewing machine and made a desk for her πŸ™‚

  1. Hi Sarah, Lovely card, I like the stitching detail and the image is sweet – reminding me that I should print out those vintage sheets I got recently. The flower is a beautiful colour. It must be fun have a crafting companion – and feel less like being in an ivory tower I should think πŸ™‚ Have a nice day ladies. Elizabeth x

  2. That’s beautiful!! Haven’t thought about the Maypole in a long time and when I did, it was a flashback. When I was in kindegarten (a million years ago – lol) we danced around the Maypole. The parents were there and I was put in the corner because I got caught talking!! Actually I was answering the girl in front of me but my mother didn’t buy that story – lol. The teacher’s name was Mrs. Coman, it was 1950 and I still remember it, with a little video playing the scene in my memory. Amazing since if you asked me what I did last month, I might not be able to tell you – lol.
