Bit n Bob Update

Finally we have finished decorating our sons bedroom, we have finished moving furniture and I can relax and get to my crafting for a while…

I’ve not really made anything this past week, but I can show you some of the things that i’ve bought and a sneak peek at something i’m working on 😉

First up is some patterned paper that I bought 2 6″ x 6″ Melissa Frances Attic Treasures and 5th Avenue paper packs and also a 12 x 12 Melody Ross, Soul Food by g.c.d. Studios and also a small Studio G Stamp set as I liked the font 🙂

Then my mother in law gave me some crochet lace doily’s

and finally a sneek peek at a project that I have on the go at the moment, loads of hand sewing on this piece, blanket stitch, french knots, herringbone stitch .. still learning 😉

and finally a picture of my son in his newly decorated room.. he loves his New York City blackout roller blind 🙂

Well.. its really me taking a picture of my hubby taking a picture on his ipad of my son in his room 😉

  1. Alpha stamps are terrific, papers are gorgeous, the doilies are fabulous and your stitching is beautiful – you’ve used up all my adjectives 🙂 I have never known a boy who didn’t go through a phase of wanting and loving black in his room – my son wanted all black walls and needless to say he didn’t get them. I bet you’ve missed crafting – I get withdrawal symptoms after just a few hours away – so welcome back 🙂 Elizabeth x

  2. Hi Helen…

That’s where I picked up the paper and stamp set… Dunelm Mill, didnt expect to see any craft stuff in there but was pleasantly surprised 🙂 I went in to buy a blackout blind for sons room 🙂
