Vintage Lace Birthday Card

I have spent most of today up in my shed… crafting away whilst keeping in mind the UIU Pledge (Use It Up) 🙂

I bought sheets of chipboard months and months ago and i’ve not been using it as much as I should, so I cut up one of the big sheets today to a standard size card proportion and gave them all a coat of white acrylic paint, with a view to making the easel type cards that I love so much 🙂

I made 2 valentines cards, then my hubby asked me to make him a card for his mum’s birthday, which is tomorrow..

This is what I came up with… I had been previously working on the material panel, so I used this up and adhered it to the front of the card..
