Halloween Vintage “Trink-et Treat”

Happy Sunday everyone 🙂

I thought I would make some trick or treat bags with a difference… these ones are not filled with sweets/candy, but vintage trinket treats for crafty friends 😉  … a bit of a pun on the trink-et treat!

Really easy to make.. all you require is

  • Glassine bag
  • patterned paper
  • stapeler
  • cotton lace
  • mulberry flowers
  • self adhesive black pearls
  • hot glue and some embelishments
  • Black soot distress ink

and what’s inside….. vintagey goodness

I’m planning to make a few more of these later on, which will also be my next DT project for Wild Orchid Crafts, so I will do another blog post with the newbies and post a link to the video..

Thanks for popping round

    1. Thanks for popping in and leaving a comment 🙂 …. this will be going to one of my good crafty friends, I’ve just hopped over to your blog and read your post on the Flea Market in Edinburgh, I must try and get over .. it looks fab! what day of each month is it on?

      1. I think it’s on the last Saturday of every month I think. Judy’s Affordable Vintage Fair is also there on the 22 this month, and that’s well worth a visit too.

Love your Halloween bags, they are such a great idea! 🙂

  2. Ohhh Sarah, they are goregous, love the colour of the flowers and those little circles embellishments in the centre look great, good idea .x.x.
