Happy….

This card has 2 meaings behind my inspiration for making it…

#1 Happy because I love to craft in my blue shed in my garden

#2 Happy to be participating in the Online Card Class – Watercolor for card makers

In class today, I learned several new techniques for creating water colour backgrounds, I went with the method by Jennifer Rzasa, i didn’t have time to do the stencil effect, however I will be trying this very soon!

For my background I chose 3 x colours :

  1. Peacock Feathers
  2. Wild Honey
  3. Squeezed Lemonade

The beach hut is a Paperartsy Stamp Set by JOFY and I painted this in at the weekend as practice/homework for theclass 🙂 and used distress markers Salty Ocean, Evergreen Bough and Iced Spruce.

The Happy die cut word is from Clearly Besotted Stamps.

Hello

Hi everyone…

It has been a busy weekend for me, on Saturday I attended a workshop at Stampers Grove where we learned all about Stampendous Fran~tage Products, and if you follow me on Instagram, you will have no doubt seen all my experiments 🙂

When I got home, I headed up to my shed to do my homework for the upcoming Online Card Classes – Watercolor for card makers

I prepared all my colour swatches and did a plaid/checked background… I made mine into a tag!

Hello

I used the following supplies:-

  • Clearly Besotted Rounded Tag Die
  • Aquarelle Watercolour Paper

  • Adirondak Juniper Dye Ink
  • Gorjuss The Fox Stamp Set
