Bicycle Postcard

Happy Friday everyone!

I have the next 4 days off as a kind of mid summer break, things are about to get really busy at work and I probably wont get a chance to have much in the way of holidays any time soon… so i’m planning to have some creative time on my wee shed at the top of the garden, which has been getting seriously neglected!

I made this postcard a couple of days ago when I popped up to my shed just for a wee visit, and fancied making “something” but didnt Quite know what 🙂

I made this postcard with what I had lying around on my desk….

Supplies List :

  • Postcard Kit from The Works
  • Sweetly Smitten 6 x 6 Patterned Paper from Sassafrass Lass
  • Wild Orchid Crafts Lace & Mulberry Flowers
  • Kaiser Craft chipboard bicycle from the Gelato Range
  • Echo Park Stickers
  • Frayed Burlap and lucky Limeade Inks
  • hot glue and scortape

I made the following rosette for the top left hand corner of the postcard where the trio of flowers now reside, but I took it back off because it just didnt look right.. but do love how it looks on its own 🙂

I will be working on finishing my latest DT Project for Wild Orchid Crafts this weekend and hope to have the video and blog posts done sometime around sunday…. but for now, i’ll leave you with a wee sneeky peek

Have a great weekend everyone 🙂
