Flip Book Workshop

Hi everyone!

Today was my flip book workshop at Stampers Grove in Edinburgh, it was a great workshop and great fun with a lovely group of ladies ..

We had a special treat too.. Robyn baked a Chocolate avacado cake which was absolutely yummy.. it was sugarless and eggless too! hoping to get a copy of the recipe and have a go at making one too 🙂

So instead of me making something new tonight I thought I would share all thelovely flip books made at the workshop today..

Margaret’s flip books

Helen’s Flip Book

Yvonnes Flip Books

Robyn’s Books

Jenny’s Book

Fiona’s Books

I always like to have a wee nose round the shop after class to see what new products they have in stock… and guess what they have!…  Beacon 3 in 1 advanced craft glue!! I have been looking for this for such a loooong time, and it is fab that they have it in stock 😀

Here is the link to the product here

I can’t wait to use it tomorrow 🙂

As always, thanks for popping round and I will see you all tomorrow

Frozen Candy Bar Take #2

Hi everyone!

Remember a few weeks ago I made a 5″ x 7″ frozen candy bar poster for my great niece’s birthday party.. well I made it too big and it didn’t fit the frame 🙂

Tonight’s project is another one this time it’s 4″ x 6″

It is packaged up and in a handmade envelope and will be posted out tomorrow for the party which I think is this weekend ..

I used glitter cardstock that does not shed any glitter, which is fab for a kiddies party

And here is the envelope I made to send it up to my niece..nice and bright and sparkly

and the back..any excuse to use some sparkly washi tape 😉

Right that’s me for the night, time ran away with me again, not enough hours in the day!   I was working late and by the time I got home, walked the dogs and had my tea and made this in my shed .. it’s super late!

Thanks for popping round
